If you are looking to adjust your delivery frequency, go to your customer account and under your next or upcoming order, click edit. How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

We currently offer 3 options for delivery frequency and sometimes you may not need product so frequently. This should allow you to cancel your next order and future orders. Please double check future orders that they are cancelled to confirm. Why Hasn't My Subscription Shipped Yet?

If you are wondering why your order may have not shipped yet, there may be some reasons. First, confirm that your payment was processed and approved. Sometimes your payment may bounce or not approve. If it has been approved, then it may ship out the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday only and are closed on weekends and select holidays, view our shipping page for more information.
